Description:
This program is intended to let the user read in a .BMP or .MAT file.
The .PAL file is a Microsoft Palette file that you can load into Paintbrush
or Adobe Photoshop, and more but I don't know them. The .COL file is
an Animator Palette file. This file is used by this program so don't delete
it. The .MAT file is an edited lightsaber material. I used Adobe and of
course my program to get the end result. You can import from .BMP or .MAT
and export to .MAT or .BMP. Make sure that before you convert a .BMP to
a .MAT file you convert it to indexed color (256 color 8-bit) and optimize
the pic for the palette, or you may get wierd results. (NOTE: That is what
the .PAL file is for). Also, if you experience long load or save times then
you are probably loading a big file. If the rest of your computer isn't
responding then you are probably locked up.

if you have any suggestions, questions, or comments, please e-mail them
to me. This product is FREE, use with caution and BACKUP your files, as this
program is still in development.
